Smart Switch will not work on W11

I just updated my S21+ 5G to android 12 so i tried to do a new backup with Smart Switch as i have been doing for years. I tried on 3 different computers with W11 but it crashes half way through and without an error message. It works great on W10 but not onW11. I also tried to back up with Chimera but i get the same thing. Can someone explain why please ?
