Hello,
Several keys on my laptop have stopped working, including 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 0, right arrow, and down arrow. I can get them to work temporarily by repeatedly pressing the keys, but they stop working again if left unused. I’ve tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard drivers via Device Manager, running the System File Checker, and updating Windows to the latest version.
My laptop is an HP Envy x360 Convertible 13-bd1xxx. Other specs are listed below.
