Something happened and we couldn't start the upgrade

I got a brand new computer last week with Windows 11 Home. I went to System, Upgrade your edition of Windows, and purchased the Windows 11 Pro upgrade from the Microsoft Store. However, every time I click install, I get the message "Something happened and we couldn't start the upgrade." I've run all Windows updates and tried solutions like disc cleanup and deleting files in the prefetch folder, but nothing is working.
