Unable to install printer after upgrade

Accepted invitation to upgrade. However, when opening settings>Bluetooth and devices>Printers and scanners>Add device the 'Add device' button greys and doesn't go anywhere after that.

go to the printer manufacturer web site download the latest drivers for your printer model

What happens if you scroll down the list to Printers and scanners and click there?
