Unable to use Microsoft services like Mail, Store, Xbox app, or Minecraft Launcher

I’m having trouble with Microsoft services on my PC. The Microsoft Store freezes upon opening and won’t close. The Mail app gets stuck on the loading screen before closing by itself. The Xbox app also remains stuck on the loading screen. I’ve tried resetting and repairing all the apps, and I used the "wsreset.exe" tool, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

To aid in coming to possible resolutions of the issues it is critical that full information is given about the computer and the version and build of Windows. Also the type of User Account being used.
