Hello,
After updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11, my HDD (D
is locked by BitLocker. I used a new Microsoft account for the update but I don't have the 48-digit key for Drive D:. The key for Drive C: is available in my account, but not for Drive D:. My previous account was a Gmail account, not a Microsoft one.
I've tried various methods, including CMD commands and checking the BIOS for TPM keys, but nothing works. Rolling back the BIOS isn't supported. I need the data from Drive D: and formatting is not an option.
Is there a way to unlock the drive using only the Key ID?
Please help.
Thank you.
