I'm encountering an update error with the 2024-07 cumulative update for Windows 11 version 23H2 for x64-based systems (KB5040442). The error code is 0x800700c1.

I believe this update issue is preventing my AMD GPU from functioning correctly, resulting in a Bad Image error, and I cannot run any game apps.
