In Windows Insider Program its showing "newer build is available in Windows update" but in Windows Update its showing updates failed.

What's the error code? Are you using Beta or Dev? Does your computer comply with the Despicable Requirements?

Same problem here, on insider beta, won't update older beta with newer 3/15 release
