Updates KB 5009566 or KB5008880

I downloaded according to update all was fine. But when I started to use a program using my mouse the program started uncontrollable scrolling. Then I am trying edge something.
Have you heard any issues with these updates?

issue popped up today again using Facebook app uncontrollable mouse button. Removed mouse and reinstalled all went away so far. Appears one of these updates messed with mouse.
