Using Windows Update MiniTool and similar tools I don't have 22H2 feature update in the list of available updates

I have W11 22000.795 and will tell you any additional info. How do I know what Microsoft wants from me for the 22H2 feature update to appear?

Based upon the Version/Build number the question is "Are you in the Insider Preview" for Windows? Or is that an old installation? Some updates won't work on old versions. This is the current fully released Version:
