W10 to w11 and then reset

Just upgraded a laptop from W10 to W11-my wife's former laptop. I want to reset that laptop now and get all of her stuff off of it. Will it reset to W10 or W11? I just did the upgrade yesterday.

https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 option if you want to clean off "C" drive of all data
read the options you can use option 2 or 3. You all ready have win11 installed

You need to copy of the personal data like documents downloads etc., if the data is required.
