So I have very weird graphical issues on my M15 R4 (RTX 3080, i7-10870H, 32gb RAM). When I play games on my laptop, I can play for many hours without any graphical issues. However, when I turn off the game I sometimes get this weird bug.

Focused Window

If I focus a window, it looks completely normal.

But if I then unfocus the same window (by clicking on another window), I have these weird, colored lines around the now unfocused window. Hopefully you can see it in the screenshot below.

This happens on whatever app I unfocus, so I am worried that this might be a faulty GPU. However, Dell has switched out the GPU (Along with motherboard, CPU, etc.) multiple times, due to blue screens, etc.

While I don't get blue screens anymore, this issue still persists. I have tried reinstalling drivers, fresh Windows 10/11 installations, using Dells Nvidia drivers or Nvidias latest drivers, but nothing helps. It should be noted that it is not every time I turn off a game, it just happens "sometimes". I tried searching on this issue but nothing pops up. It should be noted that sometimes the lines has not appeared but instead a weird, "graphical glitch" bug in the top right corner of the unfocused app.

Anyone know what this could be?
