What is causing my videos to all of a sudden start doing this??

in the last couple of weeks when I play video they start acting strange where you can't even see the video . I will attach a picture. Anyu help with this would be greatly appreciated

Any specific video formats or all? .. check the video card driver is accurate, else use the one from Microsoft (delete the existing drivers and refresh the Device Manager, let it install itself)
