Any guesses as to what big differences we'll see in Windows 11?

I'm confident we'll see an improved GUI, but I really hope that Windows makes the most of the new app package manager and we can finally have an app store that's worth using. I'd also love to see the end of the control panel and other legacy components, and fully integrate these in to the settings panel. It's strange having the two co-exist at the moment, as there are still so many W7 legacy items that aren't accessible in the modern way.

What do you think we may see?

My guess is a complete redesign ( Icons, folders etc. ) with the new "Sun Valley" design. Some is already been seen on the latest Insider Dev channel.
One can only hope for the better, although Microsoft always finds a way to screw it up. I would be pleasantly surprised if they don't... :cautious::cautious:

A new GUI would be nice. While I like the current one it's getting a bit old and it still has that Win 8 feel to it. Right now I have to think over what else I want but I know they have to finish consolidating the control panel with the system settings. To me it would make it easier to use and find all of the functions.

One more thing.. I really want to see a tabbed explorer. I'm so over trying to use third party junk
