When I plug in my controller, Gamebar starts taking screenshots or capturing the screen and won't stop until I quit the game or unplug the controller

I've checked the Gamebar settings and there's no way to disable this. Both my graphics card (RX 6600) and controller (Steelseries Stratus+) have the latest drivers. I also scanned my PC with Microsoft antivirus and found no viruses. How can I fix this issue?
