Why some image changes my background to solid color black automatically in Windows 11 when set as background

So now and then, I encounter an image that when I set it as the background, it automatically turns my background solid color black. There is no pattern to what attributes in the image cause the issue, so I wondered if anyone else also encounters the same problem.

Furthermore, all these images that I encounter problems with work perfectly fine on my laptop, which also runs Windows 11, but they do not work on my PC that also runs Windows 11.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've seen it happen a few times on one of my computers but it was because of the Resolution and Scaling in Settings and the image was way too small.
