Why the Need for Admin Approval on Local Tasks? I'm the administrator

If I'm the administrator of my own computer, why is it asking me to contact the administrator to open apps like Regedit or Command Prompt?

I think its not Administrator approval, that would be UAC ..

And.. I bet you wont get this privileges even if you're an Administrator, this requires different tweaks which I dont recommend and still you can use RUN feature in TASK MANAGER with Administrator Privileges
