Do you have zip-software (other than Windows) installed ?
If yes: uninstall it. ... Use the totally normal way to uninstall, i.e. go to "Settings\Applications" + find it and unstall.

Then find "cmd". Either through the search function on the taskbar or go to the (sub-) folder of your installation, called "Windows", then find the sub-sub-folder "System32" and fianlly find the black icon "cmd.exe".
Rightclick on it and choose (very important): "Run as Administrator"
Enter (= type): "sfc /scannow" (without quotation marks, but with the distance between sfc and the slash (/)). It may take some time (take a coffee or a tea).
Then restart your computer.
