All of my windows dialog boxes are all whited out and I cant make anything out on them. Also on most web browser pages that I need to fill out information. This just started yesterday, with NO recent changes to my system. Wanted to include screen shot, but cant see how to do so.
I thought it might be High contrast being activated, but it isnt I went through system recovery and "fixed problems using windows update" with NO sucess. The only recovery points that I have on system recovery (for some strange reason) are yesterday and today.

ANY help would be appreciated.

This issue might be caused by a glitch in your display driver or Windows theme settings. Since High Contrast is off and System Restore didn’t help, try booting into Safe Mode, go to Device Manager, and uninstall your display driver. Restart your PC Windows will reinstall a default driver, which might fix the white dialog problem. If that works, you can then update to the latest driver from your GPU manufacturer’s website.
