I have chrome but in ''chrome'' i have 20 accounts will this be gone when i update TO WINDOWS 11 ?

Do you mean Chrome OS?? or the Chrome browser??
If you are talking Chrome OS, it cannot be upgraded to Windows 11. These are two way different systems. You can install Windows 11 as a clean install, however, your accounts, if on the same drive, are gone for good

No .. if you have saved in Chrome using Google account it remains in Google server, including passwords and favourites (bookmarks)

If you upgrade to Windows 11 without a clean install, your Chrome accounts and profiles will stay. To be safe, turn on sync and back up the 'User Data' folder.
