Windows administration

I have just added my first windows machine to my network. The network contains a number of Linux machines and MacOS desktops. I find the administration somewhat daunting particularly in the area of network management and what requires administrator privileges.
Does anyone have any suggestions for books or articles that address these issues?
I got the Windows 11 laptop to try using WSL in distributed technical applications. I do not wish to become an expert system administrator.
