I was forced to upgrade to Windows 11. I make greeting cards with persona photo and graphics with Hallmark Card Studio 22. Prior to upgrading I would import my graphics and photos into my projects. I would go to photo then plug in my external drive choose a picture and include the photo in my project.
Now when I go to a phot right click and copy the photo the book says go to project and paste in. It was working beautifully. Now it says Unrecognizable WMF Information. I called Hallmark Technical support and was told it was not a Hallmark problem it was Windows Metafile information and he could not help me. I have tried everything to find out how to fix. No luck. Can anyone help me. Grandma in distress
