Device Manager says the drivers for the device are not installed (Code 28) Because there are no compatible drivers

(I'd be in big trouble if my RAID controller wasn't supported. On another note, does anyone know of a way to upgrade the RAID driver in-place? Everything I've read says you have to reformat if you upgrade the driver. So a person/company is stuck with the originally-installed driver for the life of the "drive"? Really? And this is a good thing? LOL)
