What'd be Windows equivalent for Linux 'hwclock -s --localtime'
I.e. the code to set the system's local time to the previously correctly set hardware clock time

RIght-click the clock in the Notificatin Area and choose Adjust date and time, several settings there.

One of the advantages of a GUI/Graphical User Interface versus the command line is one can see what they are doing with just a click of the mouse.

Update: I just did a test to confirm things, I reset the time on this 2.5 year old Notebook to 4 hours ahead in the BIOS then booted into Windows. I then Unset then Reset the Automatic time check and Windows went back to the default time. Finally I rebooted into the BIOS and it showed the change that Windows had made to the BIOS.
