Blank "What needs your attention" error...

Anybody else having the Win11 upgrade install through the insider update stopping with a "What needs your attention" error window without anything in it? My systems meets the criteria with no problem and yet I can't get past that point...

That would seem to be something you'd want to report using the Feedback Hub.
It could be anything but likely some third party software, possibly a security suite (firewall, anti-virus, anti-malware, etc).
