Can no longer decrypt files after upgrading from win 10 to win 11

Hi,

So I encrypted some files while I was using win 10, I decided to upgrade to win 11 and forgot to decrypt the files and now I can no longer access or decrypt the files in win 11.

So the only user that can access or decrypt the files seems to be the user account on win 10 which is now different on win 11.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
