Hey folks,
I bought a new Windows 11 PC about 4 months ago with a Windows key I got from a reputable site for a great deal. After a month-long vacation, I came back, plugged in my PC, and now I'm having issues. My mouse moves around just fine, but I can’t click on anything. Normally, hovering over apps shows a gray outline, but that’s not appearing anymore. The keyboard works perfectly.
Here’s the weird part: I discovered that if I use a keyboard shortcut to open the terminal and then allow it to make changes, my mouse clicks start working again—at least for a little while. After some time, the problem returns. I’ve tried restarting, updating, and running troubleshooting tools, but nothing seems to fix it. I haven’t found a solution in any YouTube videos either.
Anyone have any idea what’s going on?
Thanks!
