One computer started to show wrong location

Starting today, my main computer has my location set in Virginia. I live in Massachusetts. I've tried multiple other devices and computers on my network, and all those are correct.

On the machine in question I've toggled location on and off, rebooted, and cleared location history.

Are there any other things I can try to get my location to show correct?

Check your Region in the Time settings, both states mentioned are in Eastern Time Zone but are they both using the Daylight Saving Time setting? There's just a few states that don't change, Arizona is one but the Navajo Reservation does use DST. Some areas may not use DST for either political or economical reasons. Assuming the same ISP is being used with the same Modem/Router is a VPN in use but one is different one from the others?
