I've not had Explorer crash yet. Do you get any errors showing in the event logs?

Yep, that's the one.

It looks like some sort of plugin is causing the issue - do you have some backup software or file sync software installed?

Backup and sync from google and also Dropbox and OneDrive if these are backup apps.

Can you try disabling them for now (maybe OneDrive is ok to leave) and see if that stops it? If so, try adding them back one by one.

Please do let us know how it goes, as it would be good to be able to identify which software is incompatible for now.

The only other link I can see here is a problem with the software keyboard, as that module path matches. Are you using this on a tablet PC?

I solved it by unplug the power line on laptop and switching out ACPI battery in Settings. But this is bad solution - now I cannot see my battery status. Sucks.

Oh wow, that's an interesting solution - I didn't expect that would have been the cause. Thanks for reporting this @Rerih02, I hope this works for @Richee911 too.

Looks like the latest update has fixed an issue with explorer.exe crashing, related to a 100% battery charge - so hopefully this solved the problem :).

I just had this issue and fixed it by changing my time zone back to -8 for pacific time. Tried every other solution but the time zone ended up being the only thing that fixed it.
