Drag and Drop files to taskbar apps

Dragging the file to email or teams in taskbar does not work. I have to open email in another screen and then have to drag the file for attachment

Taskbar items are mainly shortcuts. Suggestion is you right click and "send to"

It doesn't work like that. I believe you didn't get my question. This function was working in windows 10. It's a software bug in windows 11.

Obviously out of my depth. I am now in Windows 10 and cannot get it to work as you suggest.

Is it possible for you to post a walkthrough as to how you used this. I would like to try it.
