Getting adult notifications on new PC

Wife's new Dell PC w/win 11 and MS 365 and no other software installed. Been getting notifications in lower right screen for porn related stuff such as photos and links to click on. Wife also getting the new email notice same place which is OK, but why all the others and how to fix?

Just hazarding a best guess....
Sounds like Web notification

Check Settings -> (three dot ellipsis top right)
Select Settings from that menu
Select Cookies and site permissions from left column
Click "All sites"
See what you've got listed
You can go to the notification area for each and block
OR
Click Reset notifications and it will be removed



IF she is not using Edge, I suspect that other browsers have similar notification management utilities that do the same thing.
