Hacked account: email not associated with an account

My Microsoft account was hacked three months ago. Despite reaching out to support over 8 times, I've received no assistance. While I still have access to my email, attempting to log into Microsoft fails, stating it's not associated with an account.
In March, my email was replaced with a random one by the hacker. I feel disrespected for not receiving help despite my efforts.
