Recently my Windows 11 desktop started showing my location as Houston, TX. I live in MA. I have multiple devices on my network, and they are all set. But this is my only device that is connected via ethernet and also reporting my location not near me. When I use any browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) location shows me in Houston. Same for when I go to Settings > Location. I have to manually set default to my location and manually select my time zone, otherwise it will be incorrect. However, when I do go to Command Prompt and use "curl ipinfo.io" it correctly shows my approximate location.
Something similar happened a few years ago and it self resolved, so I am hoping it will do that again, but reaching out to see if there's more reports of it and potential fixes. I am up to date with Windows Updates.
