HEIC to JPEG converter

A friend of mine has transferred pictures from her iPhone to her Win 11 PC. How can she convert from HEIC to JPEG. What's a safe converter?
She knows now how to save in jpeg format on her iPhone for the future. TIA

Irfan View can open Heic files then can save it to jpg. Gotta do it with every single picture though.
