Both the keyboard and touchpad on my HP Pavilion x360 convertible laptop have stopped working due to Windows updates. They work fine in the BIOS, so it's not a hardware issue. After downgrading from Windows 11 to Windows 10, they started working again for about a week, but after some automatic updates, the problem returned.
I’ve uninstalled all recent updates and made sure all drivers are up to date, but the issue persists. Several repair shops have suggested it's a Windows issue with convertible laptops. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks for your help!
