How to share internet from PC (with VPN) to PC via ethernet

I have a tricky problem and too basic knowledge to solve it alone.
I have one Notebook running Windows 11 Pro 24H2 that can only connect to internet by WiFi. I use Proton VPN on it and it works lovely.
But I want to supply a second PC via Ethernet with the internet connection from the VPN. The second PC will be running Ubuntu...
What would be the way to do it?
Any help highly appreciated :)
