I just bought an ASUS Prime B360M-A With a Core i5-9400 intel cpu. Intel site says it supports TPM but i cannot find the setting. I am waiting for a TPM chip to be delivered for the mobo. My question is in 2 parts, How can i activate the TPM on the cpu ? and if i cant do that, once i install the TPM chip on my mobo will i be able to install W11 ?

Just did a quick build with that exact MoBo and i7 and installed Windows 11.
I think I just did one of those Load Optimized Defaults and it was all good.

When I get a chance later on, I'll fire it up and see if I can find the exact page / area in the BIOS.

Since I added no additional "TPM chip" to the motherboard (which I assume then you would use "Discreate TPM"
I selected the Firmware TPM option and all is well.

So when you swithc to advanced mode (F7) or just click it at the bottom right, then select the "Advanced" tab then PCH/FW Configuration, change if needed from Discreate to Firmware and when you've installed Windows 11, everything should look like this

Great to hear.
Happy coincidence, that I just happened to have used that same board on a quick system build I did a couple months or so back to test Windows 11 early Insider Previews.
