KB5027397 Enablement Package for W11 build 22631 (23H2)
Microsoft is releasing updates to the Beta Channel that put Windows Insiders into one of two groups:
A group of Insiders in the Beta Channel will receive Build 22631.xxx (23H2) updates starting with KB5026440 that will have new features getting rolled out or turned on via an enablement package (KB5027397) and a group of Insiders in the Beta Channel will receive Build 22621.xxx (22H2) updates that will have new features turned off by default.

Note: The minimum requirement to install the KB5027397 Enablement Package is you must have Windows 11 build 22621.1825 or later installed.
