When I look in the installed programs, there are about 16 programs with the same name, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (X86/X64) from 2005 to 2012.
Can I delete them all and keep the latest version?

Yes you can. Some of your (older) installed programs might require a previous version of Visual C++, but when you run such older program, it will tell you which version you need to reinstall (or even automatically Install IT). So in any case you do not need all these Visual C++ versions and it's easier to remove them all (except the last one) and to reinstall those needed as the case may be.
