Ngrok Blocked by Microsoft Defender - Need Assistance

Hi, team,

Our Dev team has been using Ngrok for web server tasks without issues until 15/07. Since then, Microsoft Defender has been blocking it, and I haven't been able to unblock it on this device.
Could you please advise on how to release the software so our Dev team can continue their work?
Additionally, the Virus & Threat Protection function is blocked by our group policy.

Windows Defender / Windows Security is an antivirus itself built-in Windows 10 and later with many pros and cons, if your organisation uses any other suitable / trustable antivirus, I would recommend to consult your IT department to uninstall Windows Defender / Windows Security completely and continue use Ngrok as usual ..
