Nothing under This PC

Whin I click on This PC all I get in the right pane is "This Folder is Empty". There NO drives (not even C) or folders. Any file system program does the same thing. I can't add a screenshot because the file system won't let me go anywhere to get it. This computer is now useless until this is fixed. I'm using 7 pro on a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 14ALC05

I just tried to open Explorer again and this time I got "Catastrophic Failure" Other non file programs work and if they already have a save location, they will save the new file. I just have no way to get to the file.

.. Dont customise unnecessarily showing you're a pro in computing, dont act expert! .. reinstall ..

What I'd do before reinstalling is to get a free file manager installed such as Free Commander, Total Commander, One Commander, Q-Dir, etc., and see if the same issue exists.

Use the existing bro.. no need rd party tools .. Im using stock W11PRO no 3rd party AV, if u miss any updates .. run ure own Microsoft
