Preventing individual Windows 11 auto updates

I keep getting an automatic download of "Intel - net - 22.130.0.5". Every time this occurs my wireless speeds tumble, from 150Mbs/sec to 60Mbs/sec. To correct this I have the go to Device Manager and roll back to the previous driver.

Can anybody throw any light on how to how to prevent this specific driver download/installing?

Thank you very much, I wasn't familiar with the utility. will wait for the next batch of download and then install and run the "wushowhide" utility, you suggested, and see if this solves my issue.
