June 28, 2021 we are excited to release the first Windows 11 Insider Preview build to the Dev Channel, Build 22000.51!

I'm just updating to this build now.

Interestingly, I'm upgrading a version of Windows 10 Insider that runs in a VM without any TPM. It's telling me that I can upgrade, for now at least... but that the final version of Windows 11 won't. Good that we're at least able to continue testing without TPM enabled.
