as above, hit reset button and it starts up without a problem. Also if I do a RESTART, there is no problem.

1. Could not see any problems in Device Manager.

2. Did "SFC /SCANNOW", first time found corrupt files & successfully repaired them. 2nd time did not find any integrity violations.

What else can I do.
This is a home built unit (11/2020)
ASUS ROG STRIX X570-F Gaming with AMD Ryzen 5 5600X with 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM, and 500GB Samsung 980PRO M.2 NVMe SSE PCie 4.0x4
all in a Lian Li Lancool ii case.

This is the first major problem that I have had for many years.

I'd begin with the drivers.
Sysminion (see my contribution here) also has an entry "OEM drivers repository". Click on it and chose "Let's start it" (upper right). Il will (very likely) show you a list of automatically preselected drivers, which are not up to date. (The list comes from DISM). Click on "commit" (upper right), which will remove those superflous drivers. (You'll see there is often or always another driver in the list with the same name, but a newer number. So you normally need to do nothing else than to delete the old one.
Good luck

Did that, had a lot of duplicate files, the second was older. BUT it did not fix the problem. on start up I get the error and if I leave it the system will reboot WITH OUT any problem. Also have run CHKDSK- no problems, All 4 DISM's this did find some problems which were fixer in the last DISM XXX XXX RestoreHealth
