Taskbar keeps turning from black to brown

Hi there! I've set up Windows 11 with the dark theme - when I open a browser window in full screen the taskbar is black which is what I want, but when I minimise the window, the taskbar turns a brownish colour. Any else having the same problem and is there a solution to it?

Try setting your "Accent color" option to manual and pick a color, and try toggling the Transparency effects on and off

This is happening to me, but with individual taskbar icons - usually Outlook and Teams - it comes and goes and looks awful.

Sadly, hasn't fixed it
