Why am i being forced to register a learn account when i already have one?

Hi,

I have a Learn account with multiple certifications. However, when i try to access any page on Learn, including my certification details, I am redirected to a page that says:
You're signed in as:... Before registering with this Microsoft Account, please check if you may have previously registered with a different account.

I don't want to create a new Learn account and lose my credentials. Can you explain what is happening and how to resolve it?
