Am i fully protected?

So i recently installed 11 on my laptop a few weeks ago. I only have defender on it. Is that enough protection? I dont mind paying for premium protection as well as long as my laptop is fully protected.

Also does anyone know whats going on with this KB2267602 update? Its related to defender. It keeps showing up in windows update and updates and then comes back like later on.

**602 are "definition " updates- ie: they are inserting protection for new viruses etc found. They are certainly "must haves"
I cannot rate Defender, against other well known virus protectors, but comparisons, which you can fond on the web, put its success rate very high.

I concur with dave. I am using windows defender since windows 10 came out and never had any issues beside occasional false positives I had a few years back. Nothing since though.
