Brightness Changes when Surface Book 2 Wakes up (dedicated GPU)

Windows 11 has worked wonderfully for me - except for one minor weirdness. When my Surface Book 2 wakes from sleep, the brightness dims. But, it doesn't show that in the brightness bar - you can just see it is dimmer. When I move the bar - the brightness automatically returns. A little - minor pain, but just curious on fix.
