I have tried installing Windows 11 which seems to proceed successfully. The issues come when rebooting or restarting the computer. Once I attempt to do either, I either get a black screen with only a mouse pointer or my login picture with date and time. When I hit any key to try to get to my passcode, the date and time disappear but I never get the prompt to enter my passcode. I am on a Dell Vostro 5481 with 8th gen Intel i7, TPM enabled, and 32 GB RAM, more than enough hard drive space. I have performed many searches but have not found anything similar to this or any solutions. I've updated my graphics drivers, entering safe mode to solve it, performing Windows update, nothing works. Thank you.
