Facial recognition issue

i get a message - this option is currently unavailable - we couldn't find a camera compatible with windows hello face

i have Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 3
with integrated cameras:
in the device manager i got 2 cameras:
integrated camera
integrated IR Camera

one thing strange:
C:\Windows\System32\WinBioPlugIns , in this location should be a folder called FaceDriver, unfortunately is missing...

did everything, nothing work for me.
please help !
